As the Executive Director at FCC, I have had the privilege of being part of this incredible community since 2016. Over the years, I grew into the director role, gaining valuable experience and insight into the inner workings of the center. Throughout this journey, I've had the opportunity to witness the growth and development of not only the children but also the dedicated staff who make FCC a special place. I take great pride in supporting and guiding our team to ensure we provide the best possible care and education for the children in our program. Being able to watch them flourish in a nurturing, creative, and engaging environment is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role. My commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere among both staff and families drives my work each day. The growth of the children, coupled with the personal and professional development of our team, is truly what makes FCC such a remarkable place to be. I am excited for the continued success of our center and the bright futures ahead for both our staff and the children we serve.

Ms. Heather is our Lead Early Toddler teacher, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of early childhood education. With years of hands-on experience working in licensed centers, including owning her own daycare, she has honed her skills and knowledge in creating a nurturing and structured environment for young children. Since joining FCC two years ago, Ms. Heather has been a dedicated and inspiring leader, guiding her team with a calm, patient demeanor and a passion for fostering growth in each child she works with. Her background in running a daycare has given her a unique perspective, allowing her to anticipate the needs of the children and provide individualized care and attention. Ms. Heather’s expertise, dedication, and love for teaching make her an integral part of the FCC family, and her impact is felt every day in the classroom.

Morgan is a constant and dependable presence at FCC, always ready to step up and support both the children and her team. Her dedication is unmatched, as she consistently shows up with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it's helping with a new project, lending a hand when needed, or providing extra care and attention to the children, Morgan is always there, showing her commitment to the well-being and development of those she serves. Her reliability and unwavering support make her an invaluable part of the FCC family, and the children truly benefit from her dedication and care.

Ms. Ashley has been a dedicated member of the FCC team for an impressive seven years, consistently creating an enriching and dynamic environment for the children she works with. Her passion for early childhood development is evident in her ongoing efforts to find new and creative ways to engage the children, ensuring they have fun while learning and growing. Ms. Ashley’s resourcefulness and enthusiasm make her a standout in the FCC community. Her dedication to fostering a love for learning and providing a nurturing environment has made her an invaluable asset to both the children and her colleagues.

Denise has been a cherished member of the FCC team for many years, bringing warmth, dedication, and a genuine love for her work. Throughout her long tenure, she has consistently been a steady and reliable presence, always eager to support her colleagues and the community. She is also known for her nurturing side, spending time playing with the babies, creating a fun and caring environment.

Jessica has been a member of the FCC team for the past three years, consistently demonstrating her passion for early childhood education and her commitment to making a positive impact on the children she works with.  Her natural ability to connect with kids shines through in everything she does, as she creates a fun, engaging, and supportive environment that helps foster their development., Jessica is well on her way to reaching her goal and continuing to make a difference in the lives of both her students and colleagues.

Katherine is an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Teacher who is always eager to learn and grow in her role. Her passion for early childhood education is evident in the way she interacts with the children, constantly seeking new ways to support their development. Katherine embraces every opportunity to expand her knowledge and skills, showing a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. She is a true team player, always willing to step in and support her colleagues while continuously refining her approach to teaching. Katherine’s openness to learning, paired with her caring nature, makes her a valuable asset to the FCC team, and she is sure to continue making a positive impact as she grows in her career.

Teacher Lee is a vibrant and creative force at FCC, always bringing a splash of color and excitement to the classroom. Known for her innovative approach, she consistently finds new and creative ways to engage the children, turning everyday lessons into fun, hands-on experiences. Whether it's through art projects, interactive games, or imaginative activities, Teacher Lee's enthusiasm and willingness to try new things create an atmosphere of joy and curiosity. Her passion for fostering creativity in the children helps them explore and express themselves in unique ways, making learning feel like an adventure. Ms. Hailey is truly wonderful in the classroom, creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for the children.
